Vocal therapy at SoloWay is a gentle way of working with the voice, the breath and physical tension. It is not stage preparation and it is not assessment: what matters here is how you feel, your contact with yourself and a sense of freedom in your own sound. Offline in Vinnytsia or online.
Who this format suits
People choose this direction when they care not only about skills but about how they feel. There is no chasing a result at any cost — the process, the pace and the person’s own sense of things come first.
- Anyone who tenses up when they have to speak or sing — the voice tightens, the breath breaks.
- Adults — when you want more contact with yourself through voice and music.
- Children — when a soft, supportive format without pressure is what is needed.
- Anyone who struggles inside rigid frameworks — here there is no right and wrong.
What we work on
The voice is directly tied to breathing and to the body: wherever there is tension, the sound contracts. So we do not work with sound alone.
- breathing — even, deep, without catching;
- releasing tension in the jaw, neck and shoulders;
- support for the sound and a free, unforced tone;
- expressing emotion through the voice without fear of mistakes;
- a sense of safety and of moving gradually.
How the sessions work
Sessions are shaped by age, state and request. We do not promise universal results and we avoid grand claims — what matters to us is that the format is careful, clear and genuinely right for the person.
- We get to know your request and what is troubling you.
- We explain the format and talk honestly about expectations.
- We enter the process gradually — breath, body, sound.
- We follow your comfort and response rather than a fixed plan.
Being clear about what this is
Vocal therapy as we practise it means working with the voice in a supportive setting — it is not a medical or psychotherapeutic service. It does not replace a consultation with a doctor, a psychologist or a phoniatrician. If you have problems with your vocal folds, a sore throat or chronic voice loss, please see a doctor first, and we will work in line with their advice.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from ordinary singing lessons?
Vocal lessons focus on skill — range, technique, repertoire, the stage. This focuses on state: breathing, tension, freedom of sound and contact with yourself. The two complement each other well.
Do I need to be able to sing?
No. Being able to sing is neither a condition nor a goal here. Wanting to work with your voice and your breathing is enough.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. For a child this can be a very gentle way of engaging through music — with no marks and no pressure.
How do I know whether it suits me?
The simplest way is to start with a trial session, or a short conversation with the administrator to talk through your request and expectations.
